The International Association for Academic Enneagram Studies (UAEAD) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the comprehensive understanding of the Enneagram, an ancient wisdom system, and its transformation into national and international scientific foundations and social benefit.\n
\nOur association is committed to discovering human potential and supporting individual and societal development.\n
\n\nOur Core Objectives and Values:<\/b>\n
\nThe fundamental purpose of our association is to elevate the Enneagram personality types system beyond mere information, transforming it into a field enriched with academic depth, supported by scientific research, and grounded in ethical values. In this regard:\n
\nTo Promote and Disseminate the Enneagram on Scientific and Ethical Grounds at National and International Levels: By introducing the wide-ranging applications of the Enneagram in fields such as psychology, sociology, education, management, leadership, communication, and personal development, we aim to ensure its accurate and profound understanding on both national and international platforms. We encourage scientific research at international standards in this field and share the findings with the scientific community.\n
\nTo Conduct Comprehensive Education and Awareness Programs: We organize Enneagram-based training, seminars, workshops, and conferences that enable individuals to better understand themselves and their surroundings, and to realize their potential.\n
\nBy guiding personal transformation journeys, we offer Enneagram-based training programs specifically designed for companies and organizations at the institutional level, supporting the creation of productive and harmonious work environments.\n
\nTo Contribute to Society Through Social Responsibility and Solidarity: We aim to transform the insight offered by the Enneagram into social good. We develop awareness and transformation programs to support the personal development of disadvantaged groups (individuals facing economic, social, physical, or cultural barriers).\n
\nWe carry out social responsibility projects that strengthen empathy, tolerance, and the spirit of solidarity in society, and we work to ensure the active and equal participation of these groups in social life.\n
